Lecture, Mahler At Pacific
The Conservatory of Music's annual Mahler at Pacific program is a wonderful opportunity for talented high school musicians to perform alongside University Symphony Orchestra conducted by Nicholas Waldvogel.
Professor Waldvogel invites all interested to hear a lecture about Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 1 in D Major which will be performed this year on November 12 at Pacific. Learn about a story that Mahler wanted to tell in his Symphony No. 1 and why he changed his mind.
