06/24/2021: A 5,000-square-foot performing arts venue in Ceres, CA, will be named after Pacific alumnus Ricardo ‘Ric’ Campero '79 (BM, Music Education). Retired music teacher, band director and tenor for Stockton Opera, Campero is a past winner in the Regional Metropolitan Opera competition. Learn more
03/01/2021: Mezzo-soprano Hannah Ludwig '14 is the recipient of the inaugural Stephen De Maio Memorial Award for most promising young opera soloists, presented by the Gerda Lissner Foundation. 7/10/2020: Larry Groupé '79 (BM, Music Composition) has embarked on another journey with director Rod Lurie writing music for his newest film The Outpost inspired by the book written by CNN’s Jake Tapper and starring Orlando Bloom, Scott Eastwood and Caleb Landry Jones.
