University of the Pacific’s brass and percussion faculty can be heard performing across the U.S. in ensembles such as the San Francisco Symphony, Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra and Chorale or Oakland Symphony Orchestra, to name a few. They have expertise in classical, chamber, jazz, modern and early music. Pacific students benefit from this diverse experience and receive weekly lessons tailored to their specific needs and goals. In addition, students participate in studio classes, master classes of world-renowned guest artists, and have access to professional level instruments.
