The Conservatory of Music at University of the Pacific invites woodwind instrumentalists from middle and high schools, community colleges as well as community members to participate in Pacific Woodwind Day on Sunday, February 25, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Join us for a full day of events designed to inspire, motivate and improve your techniques at any level. You will have the opportunity to perform in flute, single reed or double reed choirs, attend tone/technique workshops, and learn about studying music at the Conservatory and career paths in music. We will also have vendors so you can shop for instruments and accessories.
An afternoon recital will feature Pacific woodwind faculty, our current students and the Woodwind Day participants. Admission is free and open to the public.
